We revise the charges every month for new admissions !
Creating policies for an Academy is crucial to ensure student’s or Parent’s satisfaction and positive experience. We can maintain a successful and sustainable model by establishing clear guidelines and expectations. Here are some :
1. Students must abide by the rules and regulations of Platform Academy at all times.
2. Parents and students are expected to demonstrate their commitment to the education process by encouraging students and respecting our admin.
3. Students are expected to observe and act upon the lesson timetable and must attend all classes on time ,if they miss any class they must watch recorded lecture before the next class.
4. Fees will be calculated in advance and invoiced between 1st to 10th of each month which is to be paid full in advance. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in exclusion from classes.
For the first month along with the monthly fees nominal admission fees will also be charged.
5. Our due date system must be followed.
If you get an admission before 15th of a month full fees will be charged and the due date will be 1st to 10th of every month.
If you get an admission after 15th of a month half fees will be charged and the due date will be 1st to 10th of every month.
In some cases full fees will be charged even if you take admission after 15th of a month and recorded lectures will be provided for the compensation.
6. If a student cannot attend the lesson, fee must still be paid but they will receive compensation hours which can be used during extra revision time.
7. If during the exam student will take gap of more than 2 weeks or fail to pay the monthly fees then he/she joins again the next month so the fees we will charge will not be the same it will be a revised fees according to that month.
8. If a student is expelled or leaves before the end of the month the remaining fee is forfeited. The Centre will not refund remaining fees in such circumstances.
9. If classes are cancelled fees will be fully refunded, students will be notified of any cancellations.
10. If parent or guardian wishes to withdraw their child/children they must give 4 weeks written notice.
11. The Platform Academy reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations as and when necessary.
