Common Pricing Questions
Is there a registration or enrolment fee?
No. There are no registration, enrolment, or admin fees. You only pay for the lessons you book.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and major digital wallets. Payment is due before each session or bundle period begins.
Are there discounts for siblings?
Yes — we offer a 10% sibling discount on all sessions when two or more siblings from the same family are enrolled simultaneously. Contact us on WhatsApp to apply the discount.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept PKR, AED, SAR, USD, and GBP. Contact us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote in your local currency.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want every family to feel confident and protected. Please read our policy carefully.
Cancellation by Student
Students may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge provided they give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full with no credit issued. To cancel or reschedule, please contact your tutor or our support team via WhatsApp.
Cancellation by Tutor
In the rare event that a tutor needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full rescheduled session at no additional cost or a full credit to your account. We aim to provide at least 24 hours' notice for tutor-initiated cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available when: the session was cancelled by the tutor and no replacement was offered; the student cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice and prefers a refund over credit; or a bundle was purchased and unused sessions remain at the time of a written cancellation request. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
Bundle Refunds
If you have purchased a session bundle and wish to cancel your enrolment, we will refund the value of all unused sessions at the per-session rate applicable to the bundle tier purchased. A written cancellation request must be submitted via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 336 2241697 or email support@theplatformacademy.com with your name, the session date(s) in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue on the tutor's side, the session will be rescheduled or credited in full. If the disruption is on the student's side, the session will be considered delivered up to the point of disconnection. We recommend testing your setup before each session.
Free Trial Sessions
Free trial sessions are offered to new students only, one per student. Trial sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit. If a student does not attend their scheduled trial without prior notice, the trial opportunity is forfeited.
Changes to This Policy
The Platform Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via WhatsApp or email with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
